another crash, random low lvl toon porting from Black Citadel to Plains of Ashford

All of a sudden my game started crashing every time I either try to log a toon that is in Lion’s Arch, or try to port to Lion’s Arch. Attached is the error log. Any ideas? Thank you

I got the same annoying message for typing 3 sentences to a map chat in the course of 10 minutes. I’m sorry, but this is just nonsense.
