Same problem. /age says my char is 12 months old but I didn’t get a Birthday present. A friend who made his char on same day got his. Only difference is that I was on my main during daily reset and he wasn’t the day when the birthday started.

Same once again. Massive lags like the ones that happen during every world event, are now everywhere, which makes the game unplayable for me right now. Beside that there’s a disconnect here and there..

I have the same problem but dungeons work for me without a lag so I can at least do dungeon runs right now.

EDIT:// Ok now i couldn’t even join a dungeon .. had a dc when i tried to join in and then after connecting again it just said it’s full. So most of the game is unplayable right now.

I saw one of them too (on Desolation). I reported him using support ticket and included a link to a video i made where you can see him teleporting at start and then he’s already at the end (you can see him already after jumping up the presents and it’s impossible to be at the end already at that time).
With a perfect run (skipping parts that are possible to skip) it’s possible to jump into the teleport about the same time as him. Then you even can see him running to the chest and disappearing again without even going to the teleport.
Hope they can ban them all

Yes i would love to see something like this but in a more extended way. Like a global leaderboard with some monthly rewards for the fastest people and of course still some reward for every finish. Of course they would also need to get rid of all speed boosts then.

I love it too. Thank you very much for it. I hope we’ll see more jumping puzzles at same and some at even harder difficulty later
And thanks for letting us farm it for ToT bags so I still can do it over and over again and still get something for doing it. I really enjoy this one

I’m using Windows 8 Pro 64-bit (build 9200) since almost about a month now and I can tell you that gw2 runs perfect for me. I don’t really notice any difference between running gw2 on win7 or win8. Of course this maybe will be different on different Hardware.

P.S: I almost never use metro UI. Yes it’s the first thing I see after booting and logging in but the first thing I do is going to the normal desktop

Completly horrible here at the moment (Desolation, from Germany, ISP: Telekom). I did the mistake to start a dungeon run with guild members and some times i had lags from start till end of a fight (including disconnects). The German forum already has a thread with over 1400 posts where people complain.

EDIT:// I think it’s over now (lag was between 18:00 CEST till about 21:40 CEST)

I just read the German gw2 Forum and a lot of Germans are having lags starting about 19:00 o’clock (I think it’s during the time most Germans are ingame). From looking fast through it, it looks like 90% there got Deutsche Telekom / T-Online as ISP, rest got 1&1 or something else.
So all we can do is to hope that ANet will take care of it because I think there’s nothing we can do about it.

Currently in PvE it’s impossible to play for me .. 10-30+ second lags and disconnects.
Server: Desolation, Connection from Germany.
Only got problems with gw2 at the moment, other games work fine.
