There’s not even 4k ap for PvP achievements alone….so what you’re saying is the person you’ve deemed unworthy likely only PvPs.

Also, they will never lock off PvP by level. It just wont happen as its entire design is such that anyone can join.

not really absurd. just because you may be good at one class does not mean you will be good at another. each class and pvp build must be learned to fight properly. this isn’t a hard concept to understand. only novice’s take this fact for granted.

I have 3 guardians. Two of them are level 2. I do this to switch builds faster. A lot of pvpers do this. Judging by your post, those “low levels” probably end up carrying you.

if you think so by all means entertain that fantasy.

The only thing that should be changed is to remove the PvE level of people from the party UI. It only leads to verbal abuse and hostility within a team and more often than not this is what’s loosing the game and not some guy who has 3k hours on ele and made another level 2 character just for PvP. Also, with Tomes of Knowledge you can get to level 80 without playing a class at all. So how do you know the “experienced” people in your party really know what they are doing?

you do make a good point there. however it’s a courtesy to the rest of the team to wait until you have played the class long enough before you go to ranked. some players are either arrogant enough or too stupid to understand that going to meta battle. com and finding the current meta and creating that for your pvp build of the class you use does not make you a pro player.

unfortunately for you guys i’m not the minority opinion. Some of us do not have the luxury of always having a Premade team Available aka flawed logic on your part. Yeah us whiny noobs get tired after a while of carrying these low levels /sigh.

the one thing i cant stand is when i get low level players on my team in ranked spvp. generally i find more often then not they are not very good and tend to be a burden. yeah, yeah i know level means nothing however that not why. generally if some one is a low level in their class, unless they don’t have a similar class at 80, then they generally are not skilled at pvping in that class. i really wish Anet would consider this. many classes i have found have steep learning curves and can not be mastered to compete in ranked after just a few games.

i’m going to put this simply to all the spvp players out there who do this: RANKED IS NOT FOR LEVELING YOUR CHARACTER!

OK im trying to redeem a code from a gem card i bought but the code does not seem to be long enough, wont let me redeem with the code i type in. ive checked other cards ive used and they all are 20 letters long. is a bug or something?

And how would that help in this case? You said you put it on a weapon crafting profession and it is used by all 3 of the weapon crafting professions. Unless you are trying to argue that the game should somehow know which weapon crafting profession you meant to use it on.

crap well they did it in wow and swtor for me… o well

ok i had a recipe for sigil of torment but i accidentally used it on the wrong weapon crafting profession. yeah yeah i know just switch to that profession but im at 500 hundred already on my current one so thats not an option plus i already have that other profession on another toon. is there any way of likely hood of getting that recipe refunded?
