Guild Wars 2

Ok, I bought a gem card last Friday from game stop. Normally the key that is printed is a configuration of random letters and numbers. This card had only numbers, for example it looked like this 111 222 3333. I took the card to the game stop that I bought it from and they said there was nothing they could do for me because the code belongs to the vendor. I have never had this issue before, and I really hope that you can point me in the right direction to get this issue resolved.

Bought a gem card from game stop last week and the key looks like a phone number, o actually called it and some dude picked up. Just wondering If I am out $15.00 our not, because game stop can’t do anything about it. Any and all help would be wonderful.
