Yes that was most likely the issue I’ve followed the instructions and added them to my safe list but now I don’t know what to do next.. I’m sure they responded but they were auto deleted. Re-submit a ticket or?

Hello,
I placed a previous ticket over a week ago and no response, no automated message of any kind. Had also placed a ticket on another issue, same results. I cannot find where to go to review my tickets or anything, and there’s nothing in my email box here.
The ticket listed above is about 2 items that I’ve lost in my inventory, not sure what happened or if I accidentally sold or salvaged them. I waited over a week with no response to the first ticket and made this new one. I did notice that the replacement items I purchased when not equipped would go in my main bag instead of the invisible bag I keep putting them in and show on the merchant to sell… I assumed this is what happened to the originals. I spent a good bit of gold (40ish) (for me at least) on them and cannot replace with the same ones.
2nd issue is that I no longer have my original email when I purchased the game online from GW site and have no clue what my serial key was, would like to know where to look it up or have it re emailed to me.
Newest issue is I purchased a accented item and the infused bonus thing to go in it but it doesn’t let it go in, looking at it again I think I purchased the wrong upgrade, offense verse defensive… or something like that. Both are sitting in my bank vault.
