I went back and found that I could. I could have sworn I tested on a very basic component and it wasn’t allowing me to. Even tested on multiple different items/recipes. Weird. Well ok thanks.

I remember that when crafting items and I needed a few more ingredients of one type or another I use to be able to right click the item from the recipe page and go directly to the Black Lion Trading Company page for it.

Seems this doesn’t bring up the menu any longer to be able to automatically go to the item and buy more of it.

Also as a side note in the sticky above “Announcing the known issue tracker” the link to the known issue tracker is broken, or the known issue tracker no longer exists.

Yes. As soon as you earn it on one character then all of your characters regardless of level will get it, and you can use it in the original maps.

Though I would recommend playing through the content naturally first just to get a feel for the professions.

what type of crash is it? Is there an error, is it a disconnection? The term crash is a little too vague.

Saying at the worst possible time suggests there were events going on with a lot of activity in the area with leads me to think network disconnection.

Seems like this would be posted elsewhere but I didn’t see it, so here goes.

I just got toTarir The Forgotten City though it was from the northern cliff face and saw and event going on below so I started to hang glide down. Then a movie cut scene came on, which I always watch those through all the way because they are cool, and found myself dead once it ended. I imagine that i kept gliding down till the timer ran out and fell.

I think this would likely happen every time you are hang gliding and enter a movie cut scene from above.

Wasn’t the end of the world, just more of a little annoyance.

Just as a note you might look into other addons with Chrome or do some additional troubleshooting. I’m posting this right now while logged into Chrome.

Just as an update I sent a ticket into support and it looks like they will refund the difference.

Thanks I’ll try that. Haven’t seen any posts about it. Tried just doing the forum search for ‘50%’ and ‘50% off’ to see what was out there but didn’t find much.

I just bought the Heart of Thorns expansion a week ago and now it is 50% off. That sucks.

Just as a quick update, it looks like they will refund the difference if you have your receipt info and send in a support ticket. Of course it has to be a recent purchase. Just info for others looking as well.

Ok, thanks for the info folks. Also good tip about the monetary listing on the item tool tip itself as to if it can be sold. Guess I salvage what I can and just dump the rest.

I thought an answer would be somewhere but I google’ed it for a bit and couldn’t find it. But there has to be some method to the madness so I’ll ask yall.

I can’t sell just any item to any vendor and wanted to know what the system is. I thought that if it was a weapon or piece of armor that it could be sold to a weaponsmith or amorsmith after I get an upgrade, but apparently not.

So which vendors will buy which item types or is there one master vendor out there that will just buy it all or are these items unsellable?

I see Aeri, this is my highest character so perhaps I haven’t seen tougher situations, good to know.

I suppose it could be just that quest that gave such a perfect scenario to do it since they were all melee type mobs, but the strategy seems to work with any melee mobs, just strafe around them in a circle shooting and they will always be one step behind you.

I understand that kiting is a skill and should be a powerful tool to use, however I at level 15 while doing the Accusation quest as part of the human main chain was able to kite 8 or so level 16 mobs just by strafing around them in a circle and shooting and only was hit once.

I think that is a bit too much and perhaps the mobs need a little more adaptability.
