Guild Wars 2

hello i am a returning player. i wanted to get guild armor for my warrior. the original launch was an npc outside of the guild register office. which is now gone. was wondering if you can still get guild armor and where. thank you

have a suggestion for guild halls. since for some reason it is a lot harder than original gw and more costly.

remove timer so that smaller guilds can have a chance at guild halls takes longer but than becomes possible vs so many needless road blocks
