Guild Wars 2

I have the passive Thief skill for quickness and it was in the Ruins of Orr map, it also happens on the mobs there, sometimes you can getkittenin 2 sec from a mob that has this bug too,.

I also noticed some other ppl had that were around in the same area. had no special food or buffs just passive ones from armor like might and fury and the thief ones.

I think it speaks for itself, im chocked there even can exist such a mechanic to bug out :P
Had this effect for a good 25min running around, decided to fraps it because the grind was awesome 

Only took a small bit of it, as i have really slow upload speed for a longer clip.
