All accounts that become eligible by July 9 will have their free character slot applied by July 10. Eligible accounts that are upgraded with a pre-purchase serial code after July 10 will receive their slots on a weekly basis after that.

Sadly, I’m in the same boat as you. Makes me wish I would have pre-ordered a couple days sooner.

Hi, I spearhead The Knight’s Epoch, a group of about six guys who are almost never gaming at the same time. Our PvE-heavy guild is recruiting for two main reasons: acquire and run Guild Missions, and have more players on so we don’t feel so lonely.

We are a guild currently composed of family and friends who play together. We would like to expand our circle of gamers to other people with similar gaming habits. We play during the evenings during the week, and during spare time on the weekends. No one is required to be online at any given time, and we only ask that you represent when in the same party with other guild members. We are a relaxed group of people who can have fun even when the whole team is face down dead on a dungeon floor.

Since we are recruiting to have more people online with us and to scrape enough influence to purchase Guild Missions, we are only recruiting on Borlis Pass.

I too, am unable to receive items from the store. I purchased the special mini pet pack, and did not receive it.
