Tequatl dragon…gold medal reward.
Not once, not twice but three times!!
All without chests.
Sent in bug report ingame with screenshots.

ArenaNet, please look into the matter.

Edit: Did all the things I can think of:
Reboot GW2 before going into event – Does not work.
Moved my character to another place and join event – Does not work.
Go to area before event started – Does not work.

Same here too.
Gotten the title, golden shiny icon on my name but no gift of exploration…something amiss??
