Hello GW2 community and staff,

I always liked the title “Emissary of the Mad King”, and I always hope that ArenaNet will bring it back on new halloween festivities but it never does.

Why is that? Will it ever be possible for those who didn’t play halloween 2012 to get this title?

Yep. I were able to log-in using “-windowed” too.

I can’t play since the last patch.

When I click on “Play” in the patch, the screen gets flickering and my PC goes to a semi-freeze state (I can use the mouse, but I can’t finish the gw2.exe process in the task manager and so I need to reboot)

Ok, so I want to get the helm: Heavy Mortal Helm of the Soldier

And, searching in the internet, apparently it sells in Cursed Shore, specifically in Cathedral of Silence.

But… When I get there, there are tons of mobs, and I didnt see the NPC.

How do I get the helm?
