We know you all are tired, hungry, and waiting eagerly to finally have the long shifts be over so you can relax (at least for a little while then prep Wintersday). So, as a member of this community for 11 years come the 30th, this is me saying thanks for all the hard work you have and continue to do for my favorite games series. Make sure you all get some rest after all this chaos, so you can be prepared for the next part of the journey!

As per the Wiki:

To get the Daily Puzzle Discoverer achievement credit from this puzzle, you have to get up on the ledge to the right of the stream before the entrance, as seen on the second picture above. Approaching the entrance directly from the stream will not trigger the achievement.

That achievement doesn’t exist anymore as per my previous post. However a friend just informed me that MY issue is related to me having to bounce around the final chamber until I get it pretty much.

Sometimes the reward credit trigger for a Jumping Puzzle isn’t on / at the chest. There’s a note on the wiki that seems to indicate that this JP’s trigger is at a particular spot:

Hopefully that’s the spot that will get you credit on that JP.

The other I personally know of with a not-quite-at-the-chest trigger is Conundrum Cubed in Mt. Maelstrom.

No, that mentions the “Daily Puzzle Discovery” achievement, an old daily that was removed about six months ago. Has nothing to do with the JP achievements as that is at the very beginning of the puzzle.

So, I was doing a late night run of The Collapsed Observatory in Kessex Hills and while I got to the end with the troll and the chest, opening the chest and getting all my items, I did not receive any credit for it. It is still listed as “not done” in my achievements. Any idea what may have caused this? I just want credit for my jumps!

I’m doing something similar as well, but I am going from 8am EST to 9am EST and traveling from the eastern most area of Tyria (Ebonhawke) to the western most, hitting every area but SouthSun Cove (cuz you can’t walk there).
