I am still waiting to hear SOMETHING from my support ticket. I have followed all the directions, including resubmitting as a hack with proper information.

My post is on page 3 of the waiting for help sticky.

I think 5+ days and no response is a disrespectful way to treat a customer, and I am becoming frustrated.

I would like to know the exact reason for the ban, and how much longer it is going to take someone to figure out how to reverse it. Otherwise, I would like a refund issued so that I can move on.

In the same boat. Exact situation. All it says is conduct violation which could be one of the many things listed in the link. Over four days now…

I don’t know if I was banned as a result of being hacked, but I do know that when I played on Saturday morning, my character was on the server Underworld, and not Gate of Madness where it should have been. (at least, according to the wvw stats screen) I figured maybe it was a glitch or whatever, and disregarded it. When I tried to log in again Saturday evening, I discovered I was banned.

Been awaiting a reply ever since.

As well you should be, Kirjon. Letting a customer sit for 3+ days, without even an auto-email saying “Hey! You’re still in our queue and we will be with you ASAP!” is an absolute dropping of the ball as far as customer service is concerned.

That is what is happening to me. I haven’t had a reply in over 72 hours as to why I was mysteriously banned and my character ended up on another server. As soon as I am done posting this, I am calling my credit card company to initiate a charge back on the purchase price of this game.

It seems getting a refund and then starting a whole new account is going to be a lot quicker than waiting for ArenaNet to finish training its customer service department.
