how about these two tickets for my friend? he has been waiting for 7 days already without a single update or response. this one is concerning the accusation of selling gold and items for real money even though his real life friends are only the recipient and me myself can attest to that without a single currency exchanged (121220-000004) and 121223-000159 for being accessed by an unauthorized individual. the last update he received was on the 20th of december after that no words. and this is the only update:
