Not happy, received a reply finally saying they have restored my items this is NOT true. i have not received anything at all, please fix this Arena Net, been way too long and I’m loosing patience here.

Oh and the email i received as a verification from purchasing GW2 from you guys shows it is a Digital Deluxe Edition with the order number and serial number attached if needed for any proof from your people.

Pathetic! I have sent mail after mail and letter after letter. When will i get my Digital Deluxe Edition items which i paid for? Its been since 3 days headstart and i have not received what i have paid for, i have been patient all this time and now frankly I’m annoyed at the lack of customer support your business is doing. Its a joke!. I paid the extra money to buy the Digital Collectors Edition from your website. I have not deleted any character all i got was the hero’s band from the headstart nothing else. Please fix this, it is seriously putting me off from playing the game which i like due to me feeling like i have been ripped off.

Yep same i made a new post describing the same thing, But one thing i know for sure is. I never deleted any character i made. All i got was the Hero’s Band from the headstart. no Digital Deluxe Edition which i bought from their website.
I preordered my copy of GW2 from my local EBGames store, I set up my GW2 account and was entitled to beta access i never ever got into it due to bad timing etc. but at least a week before head-start i cancelled my preorder because it was much cheaper to purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition online from their website. I did that and because i entered the beta code from the preorder previously i entered yes for have a GW2 account and added my code on top of it and it was all good. but going into Head-start i received my Hero’s Band but no pet, no other Digital Deluxe items… its been weeks after many in game mails and support letters…. getting rather annoyed purchasing that little extra and not receiving what is rightfully mine. Did i do anything wrong? and no i did NOT delete any characters that had the items or any mail containing it
