I’ve got it in English. Came through yesterday.
The relevant section is :
Your rewards will be based on gems purchases and gem code redemptions between 9:01am CET (12:01am PST) 1st December, 2013 and 8:59am CET 1st January, 2014 (11.59pm PST 31st December, 2013). In early January, you’ll receive the gifts you unlocked!
