It’s a good idea, anet could do this with just adding flame effects to the existing t3, like with the old flamekissed skin.

Flamekissed armor was pure “buy gems guyz” action. We should see more armors like phalanx set

Implementing dynamic armor would take much more effort than usual blacklion-like armor sets given to us on regular basis.

Imo when considering new armor skins Anet overlooks sets used by almost every player in Tyria. Ofc i mean cultural armors. Tons of players like to use those if not whole sets then alteast some parts of them giving their character more disntinctive (race origin) look. I’d love to see new tier of cultural armors or atleast some armors reviewed (Charr medium armor t2, asura light t2, as those are least used ones).
