this has been happening to me for the last 3 months. where my daily’s will not reset unless Im on a toon at the time of reset. and the monthly buged when I log in this morning it said I was 0/4 done when I got in to game it said I was 4/4 done with no reward

It’s clearly on ANet’s side. Too many players from too many different regions and it only started happening after the Dragon Reach update(s).

The interesting thing is, I don’t see anyone from the United States posting – so I’m guessing it’s a international routing issue.

been having this issue since the 29th im in the usa on sea of sorrows server
tried everything to fix this and nothing has helped and had my dailys not reset unless I stayed on the toon I was on when reset happened
