Male Medium tier 3 doesn’t glow. It’s just bright and stays the same whether its dark or not.

Having the same problem! I think its to do with Anet changing the quest dialogue for Sylvari players who have already met Tegwen and Carys in the latest patch, which has resulted in this bug
