I tried calling NCsoft, they dont want to hear anything. I tried put some pressure and they closed the phone on my face saying sorry we dont provide phone support for account issues. I miss Blizzard customer service. A company that dont provide a good customer service is not a good company for customers. Is ANet philosophie is to make alot money without investing enough in the human resources? If you had enough brains there, you would make of this game a big hit, better than WoW, maybe better than any other game. Should i continue playing WoW by paying my monthly fee, I seriously consider it now. I dont think WoW is affected by Bots, because they thought before building the game. Gems? old like MMORPG history.

Im still waiting an answer from the support team, its been 2 days now. I have a bad feeling. Thats the same feeling i had when i did an accident with my car and the other man didnt stop and continued. The insurance company told me that i was guilty of that accident because the other man implied was not found.

Im starting to be really worried. The only programs that i run while playing is Internet explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Bitdefender, Nvidea control panel, Calculator and Notepad.
I use bitdefender total security since 1 year and never had a problem. When i started GW2, sometimes GW2 was giving me errors that was talking about my firewall.

When i farm karma, happens to me to open a movie in a streaming site on “mixturecloud”. Can this be seen as a third program?

I think they should. They offer compensation for people who got in jail because of a wrong decision. Every error has a price. 10-20 gold per day looks good.

We got banned for false reasons after having invested our free time and money in this game.
Fix this problem as soon as possible.

Exactly the samething happened to me. I was waiting at Plinx startup event, then my screen became black. At first i though there was a problem with the software or my graphic card drivers. I restarted the game and clicked login and see that my account was locked.
I really want that someone pay for these error. We are true humans who paid for the game.
I played WoW for 6-7 years and i met over 10000 people, no one ever talked about such a error.
I understand you want your Gem store to be successful but this is not a way. You should verify accounts before locking them.

I got banned for no reason. Please GW2. I know we are a minority but dont do like big countrys, please take care of us.
In my 10years of gamer experience, i didnt met anything like this. Someone needs to be Fired and anet gotta provide us an explanation.

I was saying that because its maybe whats called unattended playing. My charactere keeps shooting the champion in autoattack mode and i dont move the mouse or do anything.. And sometimes that champ dont die for more than 5 mins.
Im talking about the Abomination champ in Orr.
I got banned 1-2 mins after having done this with Gladiator champion. I placed myself in a good area and start the autoattack with doubleclicking the champ and went afk till he is dead, but the gladiator die faster than abomination.
Recently i was excessively farming karma and they tough i was a bot…

I think i know why i got banned, when i was doing group events, especialy of them, the champ was fixing aggro on 1 player and then that player had to run in a circle and everyone have to dps the champ, at that even i was changing my weapon to bow and was autoattacking the monster then i was going to make a sandwich or was taking a short break until the champion are dead. ITS IS POSSIBLE MODERATOR? ty
but i think its not big enough to get a permanent ban

My account got terminated for botting while i was farming for karma. Please help! This is really hearthboring. Im scared at the idea that i will not have my account back. How they determine that? did someone report me or its a automatic system that track you and bans you? I wrote a support ticket 3 hours ago and still didnt receive an answer. 4-5 days ago i wrote a ticket about a problem in buying gems with a creditcard and they answered very quickly (2 hours). Please help me. Is there a way to contact GW2 by phone?
