First off sorry if this is the wrong forum to post this. Since it deals with the BLTC I figured that this was the right one. Please move if I am incorrect.
I tried to browse the trading company today and was unable to use the top tabs (home, promotions, consumables…) The tabs on the left hand side of the window work just fine (gem store, currency exchange, trading post…) The flash (picture) screen with the arrows does not change either. When I attempt to click on the top tabs it says in the flash box what tab I am trying to access but no items will display. The screen does not change at all. The items that do display on the home page are inaccessible.
This is the first time that I have encountered this problem. My other attempts at accessing the BLTC browser worked just fine. I have tried to relog multiple times and I have switched characters. I have searched for others that have had this problem but I found nothing. If more information is needed please let me know. I will be away till early this afternoon but I will reply back as soon as possible.
I would really like to purchase a gem card today to add to my account but I don’t feel comfortable doing that until this is resolved.
