This began out of NOWHERE yesterday after having already been on the game. I ran the launcher, hit play and it ALMOST loads character selection before my computer just… turns off.
I did some maintenance, made sure I had stable drivers, keep the tower cool. I ran -repair tagline and also deleted local .dat on different occassions. The first time aftering deleting the .dat file it ran for maybe 10 minutes. I went right back to crashing (comp turning off, without warning). Attempted the same thing again, and it still crashes despite deleting the .dat file.
I cleaned out the case, heatsink, GPU, CPU, PSU fans with compressed air. I am seriously at my wit’s end with what’s going on. Please help me.
I suffer the same problem too. After i re-installed os and driver and run hardware diagnosis(no error appeared), the problem still persists. My computer shuts off and reset botton no work but fan still operate after playing game 10~20 minites. I need to stop fan by cutting off power, then restart my computer. the attached file is the test report that gameadvisor program generated.
