While running around the Cursed Shore getting map completion I randomly got a black screen so of course I close the game and restart it and all of the sudden I was banned. I quickly panicked and contacted my friend which I was playing with in game ATM to see if she also got banned, luckily she wasn’t, we searched the forums and found out people have been randomly getting banned so I sent a ticket and its been 3 days, so I decided to post here

Very similar for me. I was doing an event, I had only been in the area for a few minutes, and was getting a glitch where I was being teleported away from the event enemies. After trying to do the event a few times I was suddenly kicked. Come to find out I was suspended, and I still have no idea why. It’s been 3 days since my ticket as well.

Actually now that you mention it… I was also getting this teleport glitch which I initially thought it was lag, altho I wasn’t getting teleported from any mobs or significant thing just randomly getting sent back a few times
