Back equipment not appearing on Ranger

Mission: “They Went Thataway” of the Order of Whispers
Bug: The 3rd Ministry Guard at the bottom of the stairway is missing, but you can still knock him out.

Teleported from Hunters Pitfall Waypoint to The Great Lodge Waypoint just after defending “Scholars Cleft” of the “Underground Scholar” Quest.

I got stuck in about around the GL waypoint, and my character disappeared.
I could move but only in about a 10m radius.
Never recovered, logging out fixed the problem.

qVery true, spamming is pretty much mandatory in PVP so the toggle is definitely needed.
