I missed out on the Feathered wings because i was inactive for quite a sometime. i was just wondering if the feathered wings will come back in BLTC? i want it really bad.. it makes char look somewhat of a majestic chimera like being..
no they cannot be transfered.
Best would be to go see a heart npc, and spend your karma on stuff you can use on all your characters, such as raw food in bulk.
