i have question about mesmer trait, phantasmal Haste and Duelist Discipline.
i have tried to use phantasmal haste trait, but when i see the skill phantasmal cold down that not change.
and i have to tried to use Duelist Discipline, but when i see the skill phantasmal duelist with pistol weapon cold down that not change.
