Hello again , my brother received an email from GM Nalu , he asked him to do few thing : run anti-virus / maleware check , and change his email password , use authenticator as extra safety , and report back after doing all these steps , which he did , but no reply since then ( nearly 2 days now ) .. ticket submitted 24th oct
