I’m not sure if the hippo from first week was even still on my gem store history by then. It probably was.
The point is, I realized there where a lot of ways I could have noticed this – check mini tab, check bank tab, and (as you say) probably the history.
But I definitely feel it’s misleading when they say “we’ll give you one per week”, do that for three weeks, then display one on the “Home” tab, but it’s not the ‘right’ one. I realize this may not have been intentional (not sure how items get ‘chosen’ to be one of the three I see immediately on my home tab), but it’s still misleading.
It’s also dodgy if you’re going to say you’re selling one per week for May and then not stick to that. (Yes I realize the patch note says nothing about what happens after May). That is dodgy, although that’s not the reason I made this thread.
“I find it hard to agree with your point because of how meaningless it is. So what, instead of signing into the game once and buying 3 minis you had to sign in 3 times and buy 3 minis?”
No… that wasn’t the point at all. I have no problems signing in as often as I need to…
The problem is that I expected there to only be one mini available at a time. So hence I didn’t pay enough attention to the one that was advertised on my “Home tab”.
Yes, I should have paid more attention and gone to the “Mini” tab. I imagine on the “Mini” tab, there would have been all four minis (current + 3 previous), rather than just the one (old mini) which appeared on my “Home” tab.
I just find it doggy that the in game information, including the update notes: “one miniature baby animal available each week for the month of May” was clearly over-turned / not followed.
Yes it was my mistake because I didn’t double check the purchase. However such a mistake would not have been possible if they kept their word regarding “making one available each week for the month”.

When the first spring minis where out, they where CLEARLY MARKED as “available for X days only”.
What that means, to any reasonable person, is that after X days they will not be available again.
Then last weekend, the first three minis where available again for the weekend. You’re probably wondering why I’m complaining, no… it’s not because more people had a chance to buy it.
It’s because I’ve been busy lately and have basically only logged on once a week to buy these minis. I wanted a full collection. The update notes and previous information on the minis was very very clear that each mini would be on sale for their limited week, and then not be buy-able again.
So I logged on during the weekend and bought some more gems, then clicked on that “Available for X days” only mini. Turns out, since all the old minis where on sale again, the one which appeared on the “Home” page of the BLTC was a repeat.
I noticed this now. Now I have 2x Hippo, that I can’t do anything with and have wasted 400 gems. And seems like I’ve missed out on one of the minis.
I’m really kinda annoyed, now I am 400 gems down and have missed out on a limited edition mini that I will probably not be able to get again.
Did anyone else seriously think “Available for x days only” after they announced it would be one mini per week, mean the minis would ONLY be available for that single week?
(And yes, filed a support ticket. No, no response. Not really expecting a response. I still feel cheated/ripped off since that original ‘Available for x days only’ label was clearly lying).
Previously sunrise/twilight did not count for legendary collector achievement or give the login screen badge. (However, eternity does)
According to recent patch notes, sunrise and twilight now give login screen badge.
Can anyone confirm whether they now give the legendary collector achievement track. I’m looking for someone who has crafted sunrise/twilight since the March-30 patch and can confirm the achievement track progresses. Or, if someone can confirm that they crafted sunrise/twilight in the past and the achievement track has creditted them for it.
Thanks!
Hey, I’m not too sure whether this is a bug, intended, or if I’m just doing something wrong.
When i have my personal bank open, double clicking an item in my inventory moves it to the bank, and double clicking an item in the bank moves it to my inventory.
However when I have my guild bank open with my inventory side by side, double clicking an item in the bank does nothing and double clicking an item in my inventory will cause me to use it.
Is this intended behaviour or a bug? I defintely do have permissions to both deposit and withdrawl (this is a 1 man guild with me as the only player, used only for guild storage).
If it’s intended behaviour, I think it should be changed.
- Double clicking inventory item: It should move the item to the guild stash. It’s true that people may accidentally move items to the guild stash and then not be able to withdrawl it. If that’s a problem, then double clicking an item should not consume it. This is bad bad bad because the guild stash interface looks a lot like the personal bank interface, leading to accidental uses of the item. If accidental deposit is a concern, then double clicking an item in the inventory side should do nothing.
- Double clicking bank item: It should withdraw the item. There’s no reason why a guild would need to give someone withdrawl rights but not deposit rights, so if you withdraw by accident, you can always just deposit the item instead. Double click to withdrawl is faster, and consistent with the behaviour of the personal bank.
bump, any news on this.
More importantly, does anyone know if the “Recipe: extended potion of undead slaying” will teach ‘Extended potion of ghost slaying’? (i.e. is the “Recipe: extended potion of ghost slaying” the only bugged item or has these two recipe results somehow been ‘swapped’).
I don’t want to waste 400 arah dungeon tokens to try this… I really want to be able to make the ghost slaying potion =(
