Read my post, exectly this happened to my wife yesterday. No email varification that account password was changed, or any one else with enother ip logging on. I made support ticket. She was playing yesterday with me when all of a sudden she got black screen and then was kicked out of game. When she wanted to relog her account information was invalid. Today at night my friend who was online 4 am toled me her accoutn was on line for about 30 min, we ofc were sleeping. So accoutn was hacked. She did not have her key on that email account, so we still have cd key. But from what i read they might have even hacked her email, and then just delete messages or even her cd key. I feel really frustrated just liek you do This sux

PS we made a ticket, but from what i am reading on the forums, even when people got their account back, they were hacked again a week later, how secure is this game really ? I never been in this situation before and I been playingmmos on line for over 15 years now. Scanned my pc few times no viruses, nothing..

Well it is official now, her account was hacked. A friend of ours smsd that he was on 4 am ( and ofc we were sleeping ) and her account was on for about 30 min. This is very dissapointing, she feels totally violated and now probably not gonna even play anymore. It took me alot of work to get her to play with me, and now all she totally upset and probably not gonna play again.

I have reinstall the game, but it is still same issue, and we also can not log in to account menagement or forums with her account, so I do not know if her account has been hacked, or what is going on, we can not reset pass eather because password reset on guildwars page is not working.

“Password reset failed, please try again or contact support” thats the message we get all the time, tryed 2 different pcs, and 3 different browsers. Still no reply from support, do they even work on sundays?

yes we tryed to reset her password, but dasswprd recovery page is not working. she also did not get any mail verification that her password has been hacked ( if that is the issue), so we do not really know whats going on. I ran norton and there were no keyloggers or anything suspecious on her pc eather.
