The metaevent “In pursuit of Knowledge” is stuck at half of its progression. The event to recapture Fridgardr Lodge just doesn’t spawn, thus making it unable to progress to the Dredge Commissar event. I have been waiting for more than a month for this event to get a trait with my warrior.
