There is also a bug where some player use their own class skills, so they dont change in villiagers or Lunatic. plz fix this bug

I’m having problem getting to the next part of the story where i need to locate the order of the whispers in lion arch, they send me to a portal where a gaurd says; the arena is under construction, please check in later. What do i do??? kinda confused.
