Guild Wars 2

I have a late 2011 MacBook Pro(2.3 GHz intel core i5, 4GB, Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB), and I downloaded the Mac Client but I can’t really stand the low fps plus the crappy graphics.

I’m not computer savvy, but I was wondering if it would be better to bootcamp or parallel windows to play gw2?

Another dumb question….would I also need to redownload the windows version of the client?

Anybody know if we’ll be getting any optimization when this patch comes out for the Mad King?

I play a total condition damage necro, with spectral armor for extra protection. Traits go sorta 30,30,0,0,10……using specter/focus——-axe/warhorn. other utilities plague signet), and corrupt boon.

General strategy consists of kiting with specter stacking conditions, and corrupting boons. Close ranged switching to axe for damage and warhorn to stun and slow down enemy so i can get range to kite again. Death shroud mostly for defensive purposes.

But my question, I don’t really have any trouble, I put up a good fight about 50/50, when i see a warrior coming, head to head sorta of thing.

But if a warrior is the first one to initiate, unless i’m lucky I seem to be getting one hit killed by hundred blades.

Anybody else having trouble with hundred blades?
