121123-001644 I followed up on this today.

Gaile what exactly does this mean? It is now Mon 3rd Dec and no form of contact has been made with the account holder from either accounts or support?
The account is wraith.7564. The account and email were hacked Fri 23rd Nov. The account holder now has control of the email accounts registered and has been able to regain access to the game account and change the password.
The account however has been banned error 4:5:6:3:2114, reason botting?
Can I ask why no one is responding ? This is very frustrating when I see others with similar problems getting their accounts sorted in a few days.

I am posting about a problem with account wraith.7564. The account was taken over by a hacker on Friday 23rd November. 121123-001644 ticket is currently the only means of contact as all others are closed. The account holder has been updating the ticket regularly but with no reply. The account holder has been able to regain control of the account and change the password only to find the account banned for botting. There has has been no contact with the account holder since support said the ticket would be passed to account admin 6 days ago.
Can someone update the ticket so that the account holder at least knows it is still active and being worked on.
Can you confirm that hacked accounts such as this are being restored so that they get back items and gold taken by the hackers?
