Wondering how things like ‘Sylvari Specialty Armor’ are supposed to be counted.

The achievement shows I have 15/18, but I’ve unlocked/soulbound all 18 Tier 1 Sylvari armors, as well as a number of their Tier 2 and Tier 3 pieces (7 and 3, respectively).

Finished the Arah Dungeon story mode (shows “Replay Story Mode” on screen).

But on the PVP Reward Track screen, it’s not an option – says to “complete the Ruined City of Arah story mode.”

How can this be unlocked without waiting 6 weeks for it to return?
