It seems the problem is because Anet is updating a new certificate again as stated in below link, they also told the BLTC on Mac Beta Client will be impacted again. Guess we just need to wait until its done.

Before applying security update TP not working, after applying security update TP also not working…. maybe it’s another problem on Anet side
Indeed, TP not working again!
BLTC works for me on OS X Mavericks, but… after the latest patch I am not able to Buy Gems or Redeem Codes, clicking both of these result nothing
