I’m at level 79, but I’m still not getting any bloodstone dust when I open exotic heirloom seed pouches. Is this a bug?
The wiki says that I can get it from loot bags but when I open my exotic heirloom seed pouches (from twilight arbor explorable) I don’t get any bloodstone dust. Do I have to be level 80 to obtain it? Thanks in advance!
