Guild Wars 2

ok i now have gone through all 3 zones and have not gotten achievement for any of them this is now the only thing keeping me from the title, and i would like to know why i cant get them

both me and another player Geegutt.1934 just finished collecting all baubles from zone 1 and 2 but neither of us got the achievements for them. we spent hours trying to get them all and even consulted a guide online just to make sure but we got nothing at the end. we have also talked with others who have gotten achievements and and they say that yes we did get them all i would like to know why we did not get the achievements
