I have to add that I cannot imagine the customer support nightmare it would be to distinguish between kits that you’ve had “for ages” versus those that you “bought more recently,” and to do so fairly & objectively. Wouldn’t it be easier, not to mention better received by the community, to simply refund all of the duplicative items which are now arguably useless with the introduction of the shared slots? Just my two cents.

Same exact issue just happened to me here. Just like the poster above me experienced: right as it was time for Teq to show up, my client froze up. I could still hear sounds and was technically still connected to the game, but visually, everything is frozen. I really don’t think it’s a problem with my computer, as I just built a high end rig myself very recently and run fine throughout the rest of the Teq fight.

EDIT: I should also add that this isn’t the first time it’s happened. On one occasion it happened once, I reconnected, and then it immediately happened again. I’d say maybe slightly less than half of the times I show up for Teq, the GW client freezes up.

Particularly for Teq this can be somewhat frustrating since showing up early to the event can mean the difference between winning and losing, and if you get disconnected right when Teq shows up, it can be really tough to get back into the overflow that you were in.
