Also, I am just crashing standing around a lot of times too. Just happened now. Tons of people complaining in game about this so the threads here are just a small sampling of a larger problem.

I just crashed 5 times in a row. Since I started playing the beta, I never had this crash before. Now it’s constant since the last update this week. I’d say I’ve easily crashed over 20 times in 2 days. I tried running a repair but no good and scanned the HD for errors.

Windows 8 64bit
Nvidia 780
Intel 4790k
DDR3-2133 16gb
Nvidia driver 340.52 official

I’ve been in Mount Malestrom, Bloodtide, and Sparkle all day mostly. I noticed the logs are all tied to missile launches and a projectile effect. Makes sense as I am on Engineer running turrets constantly.

Having the same problem as well. Tried repairing game, no luck. Never had this problem before now the game is crashing 3,4,5,6+ times a day.

I am following up on my ticket. Support did answer my request however it was not the answer I intended on getting:

“We understand how frustrating it can be to have items missing.

Please note that you can only receive the Chalice Of Glory, Tome Of Influence, or Miniature Rytlock on one character. If you have already taken these items from your mail on a character – then you can not get them again on another character.

Unfortunately in regards to missing gold and items, we are currently technically unable to provide restorations or any direct assistance in reclaiming what was lost.

Am I missing the point of this thread? I never used the items. I received them in and while I took them, the character was deleted. So I never had a chance to use them against any character. I see some others have had the same issue where they took the items from their mail but never used them and they were restored.

Any hope on this?

I also need my items restored. My original ticket was closed.
