I experience the same bug. The sword itself is fine and starts to attack if you attack an enemy but activating the ability “Command” does nothing. If you activate “Command” the cooldown triggers but the sword does nothing (no damage, no extra animation and does not disappear).
All other spirit weapons work fine.
Today I stumbled upon a cave in the north of Straits of Devastation. In this (very small cave) there is a “ramp” you can run up and get through the geometry.
From my experience, the amount of level appropriate items you find in a low level zone is anti-proportional to your level difference. That means, the bigger the difference between your level and the level of the zone you are in is, the less loot you get that is suited for your level. So you will get the least amount of 78-80 items if you are in the 1-5 area as level 80 and the most while you’re in the level 80 area.
I noticed a minor (very minor) visual bug while running around Frostgorge Sound with my Norn. The footprints you leave behind in the snow seem to be inverted. The right footprint is OK, the left looks like it’s coming out of the surface, due to the placement of the shadow on the left.
The right footprint has the shadow on the left side, which is correct for a dent with the light shining from the left. The left footprint however has the shadow on the right side, which would only be correct if it was not an imprint but stood out of the ground.

Check the prices for butter again. Anet brought new recipes for the mystic forge that require 500 of some resource (butter, iron ore, soft wood log …). The price for butter exploded up to 15c a piece.
