I have the same problem man, I made the other thread regarding this issue. So far I feel like a complete idiot because I went and applied a legitimate code to my already suspended account. What I believe has happened is that as the code was revoked the account was automatically suspended because on the website it says that HoT is not active. However, after applying the legit code, it says everything is active yet my account is still suspended. I’m sure either way you will be fine if you still have your proof of purchase, we just need to wait a while before anet gets around to unlocking the accounts. I’m sure it’ll be fine… eventually.

I bought a kinguin code from launch, very ignorant to what would actually happen. Came home from work the next day to find my account had been suspended. Seems that a lot of people are having this issue. I contacted support like many others and it seems that we have received an automated response which states that they cannot help with the refund etc etc. This is not actually what I asked in my email, as I merely explained the situation and was asking how I could get my account unsuspended. Some people mentioned that by buying HoT from the guild wars website that it would give me access to the game again. But alas, this is not the case, I have re-purchased the expansion legitimately yet I still have no access to the game nor any response from support. Wondering if anyone else has solved this issue?
