Been asked to supply serial code for my game were for a ticket were is the serial code located on the box is it above the barcode on the back of the case

whats the average time we have to wait after tickets been put in for somthing to be done about a ban wrongfully done

So do I even receive an email why you guys recon my account is terminated and how do u track ur ticket if u guys just auto terminate me account

so would just like to know why my account has been terminated because i do not bot do not use any assited programs do not use macro’s the only thing i can see my being banned for is farming for corrupted loadstons because i dont really talk to other players because im watching movies while i do it which i don’t think is against the rules all i did was try to farm corrupted loadstones for the shortbow recipie for the mystic forge so i don’t know why you guys have terminated my account but it would be nice if i could have it back because i have not broken ur rules or even recieved an email from you guys saying it has actully been terminated or any given reason to why it has been terminated
and i have sent a ticket in it seems im not the only person having problems of accounts being banned for no reason would like a resoloution to this problem and even you guys look into who you are actully banning because so far it seems you are doing a good job at banning customers playing by the rules set up by your company
