Really thank you Rampage, the answer was as simple as what u said at first, i put my new graphic card on the same slot I had my old one and it was a 2.0 PCI-e. I swapped it to a 3.0 one and all is fine now.

Hello ArenaNet team.

I just bought a new PC and i have problems with my FPS.

I’m playing at 10-15 fps, same FPs that i had on my old PC.

I have windows 7 with SP1 installed, latest dirext x11 drivers and latest AMD drivers.

My power options are set to best performance.

Any idea of what should i do? cause i have the same FPs no matter what options I select on the graphics options. if I set it to Best Performance, Balanced or Best Appearance it will show all time 10-15 FPS
