Guild Wars 2

Probably been said a million and 1 times before, but the state of WvW in EU is a bit of dire straits right now, mainly due to the Server Linking.

The way it is with the linking now is awful, the bottom 2 match-ups are pretty dead, not even 20k kills for 1 server in a match-up in a week. 24×7= 168 hours in a match-up which equates to 120 kills an hour or 2 kills a minute.. That’s pretty dire. Compare that to NA where the winning server has hit 20k kills and it’s about the same (with 12 servers compared to Eu’s 15)

A few propositions…

1) Reset Servers/Glicko to 9 Servers.

2 French Servers
2 German Servers
1 Spanish Server
4 European/National Servers

I feel this would better balance the European National Servers which are the ones who really do suffer and it can be seen quite clearly even with the linkings that the competitive nature of WvW is dying.

Hi I’m Shmead So Wild. You may remember from such films as Babes So Wild 3 and Girlfriends So Wild 4. I am just going to be honest here and say this server is the bomb. Their community is top notch and everyone is incredible beyond recognition it’s insane. I left the game and came back after 2 weeks just because I missed the people on the server and what they are about. I guarantee you won’t regret it! #ForTheTick #StompForRoF

Well you’d be surprised, if you have guildies with you they will put an offensive water field as they know that you may need water on that first push within a large zerg. I also do it myself if I am on an ele. I just don’t understand that for a game that has been out as long as it has been. There is no significant way to change the colours in game to help those suffering. It really puts me at a disadvantage and on several occasions has left me disheartened and to stop commanding as I do not want to let others down.

I understand that you can set Team Colours but this is not what I mean. I mean the fields on the ground are hard to distinguish between my team and the enemies.

Anet, I write this post out of desperation. I enjoy WvW and commanding in WvW, however I have a disability which doesn’t allow me to command to my full potential. I am colour blind. This does not allow me to see red and white fields very clearly anywhere in the current WvW maps. This puts me at an immediate disadvantage as I cannot see where is safe for my group to go and where any water fields may be. So I beg of you for the sake of more people that are colour blind and play this game please add something to change the colour of these.
