Mender’s Purity triggers only when you use your heal skill. The caveat here is that it does not trigger when you charge your healing mantra, but it does trigger when you use the mantra’s charges.

So, this precludes heals from allies, Resorative Illusions, heals that come from foods, etc.

Amadan, I gave up my feathered chestpiece because of those sleeves. What a wreck.

Currently wearing the T1 Norn cultural light armor chestpiece. I dyed it emerald green and feel a bit like a giant Peter Pan. It’s OK for the moment, but we could definitely use some more options.

The longest I’ve ever hidden is just north of 30 minutes. And I did some of the same things. Play with my inventory, check out what crazy dye options are available. At one point I tried to figure out how to play the Trading Post so I could at least make some cash, but I ended up losing on my first investment. Go figure. :P

I totally 1v5’ed an upleveled group last night, then I laughed over every single one of their corpses. Later I got steamrolled by a zergball. I called my mom and cried about it, but she didn’t understand when I kept saying that open field ACs are weak.

My mom is such a noob. No, wait. I mean UrMom.4205 is such a noob!

Loved the video, Snow Ghost! We have a resident DJ on CD as well, but instead of making videos, we all just take our clothes off and run the maps when she turns up the music.

Also loved the fights this week SoS and BP! Crystal Desert got pummeled PPT-wise, but the action on CDBL this week has been crazy fun. Every saved keep was hard-earned, which kept up the momentum when we lost a keep.

Ohh, I loved that golem! I made a few kamikaze runs at it. I was kind of sad when it died.

This is no small loss. Not only has Feramoan lost all those gems, but Crystal Desert has lost Fera for a week!

Please clean up the UI so others don’t encounter the same difficulties. It’s especially frustrating when this kind of thing happens.

As others have noted, there is a lack of a sense of decorum around this forum. Alas, in WvW, everyone is out for blood/WXP.

I’ve played alongside some amazing characters in WvW. Please know that chivalry is not dead, and the greedy greetings should be read as excitement for what you have in store for us, Devon.

If you don’t mind deleting all of your characters, the transfer is free. Items in your bank will go with you, as will things like laurels and whatnot. If you’ve put a lot of time into your characters, however, starting over is a hassle.

The only downside to guesting is that you don’t have access to server/guild buffs. Also, if you plan to WvW, you won’t be able to play together there.

I’ve come across this before. You throw a piece of siege, get a few people to start building it, and it suddenly disappears. (This is new as of the last patch.)

It hasn’t been as problematic as it was tonight. My team lost our NE tower on our home BL. So, I tried to treb it from garrison. We lost 4 trebs (I threw three before giving up, someone else threw the fourth) due to this glitch. No worries. We decided to take it the old-fashioned style: rams. Well, those wouldn’t stick either, and they kept despawning.

When I’m commanding, I rely heavily on my pick-ups and I work hard to make sure they’re having a good time. After all, if I perform poorly, they won’t have fun. I’ll lose numbers, and they’ll walk away feeling feeble. This isn’t what I want.

Whatever this bug is, it’s breaking my pin. My followers were patient when we struggled, but I’m not comfortable trying to lead using mechanics that are broken.

EDIT: From this thread, it appears that this bug is tied to the Siege Deployment Block that is ineffect in spawn points. Infrequently, when a person leaves the spawn point, the siege block icon disappears but is still active. If the bugged person attempts to put supply into a build site, the build site despawns. (This is a safety mechanism so people can’t build a siege in a no siege zone by standing just outside the zone and throwing it in.) The only way a person knows if s/he is bugged is if s/he tries to place siege and the “You can not place siege here” message pops up. Relogging is an effective solution. It has also been recommended that repairing a wall/gate can clear the bug. Devs are actively working on a fix.
