sPVP are mostly closed space. not much room to run, less benefit from speed buff and long time stealth. Also the objective is to cap point not looking badges, easy money from soft target like checkpoint guards, dolyak, which are worthless to protector but profitable for attacker.
I would like to suggest a layer of security, where by if 2 or more parties with different IP addresses in a short period of time are contesting the playing of an account, the account is locked for suspicious activity, namely hacking. It would be easier for Anet customer support to unlock an account later, than do a full rollback if everything was lost.
Of course this would not help in the event where a player is offline and is getting hacked, but at least when the player is at the computer, they can try to defend themselves by disconnecting the hacker to fight them off, and eventually win.
An alternative would be a button that can be pressed to lock the account.
Think of it like this as well, if a player is rolled back to restore their stuff, the gold that was gained by the hacker is still out there, unless it’s banned in time and sealed up. Having the account locked in time before they can really get away with it, means that the gold doesn’t go anywhere really.
I hope this suggestion helps in some way.

Thanks for the report on this. It is caused from our new tech that keeps party leaders from disbanding parties without being punished (we close the instance if the party leader disbands so he can’t re-invite friends/guildies after using PUGs to get to the final boss)
We’re investigating solutions to this.
I was in Arah dungeon explorable alone to do some testing, when at a certain point I received a request from someone I had never seen before to join his party.
I refused (REFUSED) because I couldnt be bothered watching that flashing name on my screen, and I got instakicked from the dungeon.
Now the question is: wtf?
Edit: I tried to make this happen again with a guildmate, and not only this happened when I refused his request, but ALSO when he canceled his own request.
This means that if I’m alone in a dungeon anyone could kick me out just sending me a request and canceling it.

I’ve already submitted my bug-reports ingame so this is more of a rant on the general state of FoTM right now to blow off some steam on. I’ve ran FoTMs lvl 17 three separate times in the last two days.
The first attempt saw us get to Dung 2 which was Cliffside. A guy DC’d and couldn’t get back in which made the last seal and boss a real pain but we did it after about 1hr30. However, because we took so long, 2 people had to leave so the run was a fail.
Second attempt saw us get to 3rd Fractal but the Grawl Shaman got stuck at the edge of the lava somehow, he was invulnerable to all our casts and so that run was a fail too.
Third attempt with another pug saw us also get to 3rd Fractal (Asura). We wiped a few times at Big Tom the robot or whatever and one particular guy got really upset and left. One man down, we did it the the next attempt (Screw you Xerox Festa), and made it to the Asura boss which was relatively easy to take down 4 man. So we did it, got the chest but the Outro cinematic didn’t fire and we never got the confirmation to go back to Dessa’s lab. So that run was busted too even though we killed the last boss of the last Fractal! I think it might have been something to do with the guy that left having started the fractal in the first place, i dunno.
And this was just the last 2 days for me, ive had numerous runs all the way up to 17 with DC’s, broken NPC’s etc. Its beyond a joke.
We NEED an LFG tool, and we NEED to be able to continue in dungeons where we left off, even with a different player if need be. FoTM is broken and potentially a massive waste of time right now as far as im concerned without these features.
For now, im done with FoTM and by extension GW2 until it is fixed.

Hello,
So I was noticing that when trying to get the “Lifetime Survivor” achievement in the hero tab, I’m not gaining anymore experience. I can’t remember if I died, so I would love to see a “experience since last death” command. Like in GW1 when you typed /deaths, it showed you how many times you’ve died and the experience since your last death. I think this would be a nice, quick, little thing to add to help out every one just a little bit.
It gets pretty annoying when you’re dead, and after about 5 seconds the game takes control and starts panning your screen. Sometimes you just want to watch what’s going on while waiting for a rez (during a boss fight or while in WvW, for example), and this becomes a struggle when the camera keeps wanting to spin all the time. Plus, it starts to hurt my eyes and makes me dizzy after a while.
Maybe there should be a simple option to disable camera pan while dead?
