Hey there, my pc is from 2007 when the first quadcore apared in the market(phenom9500) and still kicking kitten and i can play gw2 at med to low settings with decent fps in pve and pvp, but in dungends and www is abit slower and cant play good cose of it.

unfortunatly i dont have a job atm and can affort max 200€ to spend on hardware, so if any1 can tell me what can I get for that money and run at least medium settings and good fps in www at 1440×900, I would realy apreciate.

I have dinamic IP, every night i turn off my routher and when i turn it ON it gets new IP, and it realy annoys me i have to check my email everytime this happneds, is anyway to get rid of the email/new ip auth thing
