I’d just like to say what I REALLY want is the following:
-no more automated tournaments (none. I don’t know anyone who is happy with these)
-An official, in-game tournament team roster (Its incredibly difficult to get a vast majority of players into a competitive team without one)
-A ladder w/ a rating system & matchmaking system. (shorter queues bc you don’t need 40 people for a queue to pop, only 10. Better games bc of MMS. A sense of accomplishment as rating improves, instead of the mind-numbing grind of QPs)
Postnote: how did a tournament system heavily based on grinding get into a game where one of the biggest features is no grinding!? Even hot-join is a grind for rank (although a more satisfying one).
PvE has no-grinding as one of its best features. Extend that kindness at least a little bit to PvP please, and remove the QP grind (than replace it with a ladder… dreaming)
If people are worried about longer queue times, there is an easy solution: randomize the maps, and make advanced/free tourneys only 2 rounds.
I love this idea, I think it would fix a lot of things that make this game less fun.
All Ranger traps cooldowns are set to 25 seconds.
Obsolete is a guild focused on tPvP.
We currently have 62 members, and we’re slowly growing. Our guild has an incredibly healthy social environment and vent. We’ve been able to have 2-4 groups running tournaments every night, even with our limited guild roster. Message Androssi Jahad or Bushido Brownn in-game for more details or an invite. New players willing to learn and competitive players are both wanted!
No matter how much people complain about an OP class feature, don’t homogenize the classes!
