I’m running a rifle+rifle build, for the might and adrenaline on swap, 10 30 0 0 20.

I use all singets except for the adrenaline skill, give adrenaline every second for 8 seconds, allowing me to use Killshot a whole lot.

I like it, but I might have to switch to Rifle+sword warhorn for a way to escape. Honestly though, I thought I’d just stay at max range and just shoot away. I love the singets and the rifle, and being able to use both is something I enjoy.

Anyway, just my opinion. I’m only level 20 so I really shouldn’t even comment since I’m not max level. I only started on Thursday, so I guess take my opinion with a grain of salt?

How come there’s no rifle builds? I guess people consider it a joke weapon set…

I also really like that healing signet, that regen even at my level (now 20) pretty much counters the damage from 2 mobs, with 1 mob damage is irrevelant. This is against normal mobs my level, but I really like it. Even with healing surge, the heal isn’t going to save me from more than 2 mobs, it seems to really only save me when it’s 2 mobs, maybe 3 if I’m lucky.

I also thought about going all signets, but I love that adrenaline ability. I hadn’t used it until you mentioned it, it’s pretty awesome.

I only mentioned the swap because the traits you mentioned support it so I thought I’d ask about it. I also saw a two rifle build on another site by a person named “Mouse” over there, that used about the same skills you mentioned, exact trait build, but was way outdated. It was posted on that site in June I think, or July.

Anyway, I love the rifle, and using signets so the build you posted really allows me to use them. There was another post in this forum that outlined what situations a rifle build would be good in, and it’s a good weapon set for all phases of the game according the opinion in the post.

Anyway, to close out this book of a post: I’m having fun with the build you posted me. The only thing I wish rifles had, was something to deal with a group of mobs, but I guess you can’t have everything. I can live with it, the amount of times I get rushed right now are not that many.

Would you suggest I use 2 rifles so I get the swap bonus? I guess that would make sense.

I’m still levelling so any other input from anyone else would be appreciated.

Sorry if this has been asked a trillion times, but I’ve just not really seen any rifle builds that utilize it as a main weapon, besides Tuargrim’s (Sorry for spelling) build, and I really like the look of it (only 18 atm).

The things I like so far with the warrior are the signets, and the rifle. I’d like to do some good damage, but also be an asset to a team so maybe I’m looking for a support role. I like the idea of the banners, and I’d like to maybe pursue that line.

I’m also new to the game, really enjoying it so far. Been playing since Thursday and would like to stick with this class and the weapon that I’ve found to get the most enjoyment from.

So in short, I love the rifle, I like the signets, and I like the idea of the banners but I’ve never used them yet. I want to use the rifle in pve and wvw because I think I’m going to focus on those two aspects of the game. Thanks for your opinions on this, I’d really like some direction as to where to focus my traits, as of right now putting them in strength and defense for the moment.
