Could not find the dead drop locations in Wayfarer on SoR. Didn’t look for Diessa Plateau. Guested on Devona’s Rest and they were there as well as snow covered objects. Hope this helps someone looking for them.
Same problem exists on Sanctum of Rall. Has also been like this for a few days now.
I’m in one on the demo stage but it looks like it isn’t bugged, just need more people. Join me and then leave party so more people can get in and then invite more too.
If this is still possible and people are still doing, I would be grateful for an invite.

Exact same thing. Completely frustrated with this whole thing. This can not be dismissed as “tough break”. Too many people just wasted 2+ hours of their lives playing one of the most laggy, frustrating events this game will ever have, only to get DC’d through no fault of their own, and have no chance of finishing the event because it constantly puts you into overflow servers that have already completed the event no matter how many times you log out and try to get into one that is still going on.
This deserves more than an apology. They need to compensate people for this. I’ve never once in my life been this upset over something like this. I know people will take shots at me and call me an entitled whiner or something, but this is really something I can’t stand for. I lost so much of my day planning for this one time only event and I get screwed by server errors and cant finish it. A.Net please do something about this for all of us that had to go through that.
They should let us purchase the ability to have more than 2 crafting professions. Charge 600 gems or something for every additional profession slot you want to buy. That way it is either a 1 time expensive gold sink, or possibly a way to get more money if people buy the gems with real money and not in game gold.
